2017年1月13日，國際評估準(zhǔn)則理事會(huì)（International Valuation Standards Council）正式發(fā)布《國際評估準(zhǔn)則（2017版）》（International Valuation Standards，下簡稱新版《準(zhǔn)則》）。新版《準(zhǔn)則》的發(fā)布可以進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)評估行業(yè)的一致性和透明性，是國際評估專業(yè)人士執(zhí)行評估業(yè)務(wù)和進(jìn)行專業(yè)判斷的重要指南。資產(chǎn)評估服務(wù)是金融體系的核心部分，對強(qiáng)化整個(gè)金融體系，保證資本市場健康運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，維護(hù)公共利益均具有重大意義。

鑒于中評協(xié)與國際評估準(zhǔn)則理事會(huì)的良好合作，中評協(xié)可以免費(fèi)向會(huì)員提供新版《準(zhǔn)則》電子版。有意者可下載本文附件。新版《準(zhǔn)則》紙質(zhì)版正在國際評估準(zhǔn)則理事會(huì)網(wǎng)上書店發(fā)售。目前，中評協(xié)正與國際評估準(zhǔn)則理事會(huì)協(xié)商翻譯版權(quán)有關(guān)事宜。
